The Indy Power Products Engine Oil Pump Conversion Kit is engineered to significantly reduce the overall package size of the Ford 7.3L Godzilla truck engine, making it ideal for engine swap and performance applications where space, clearance, and reliability are critical. This system eliminates multiple bulky OEM truck components, including the deep sump oil pan, factory oil cooler, shaft-driven variable vane oil pump, and the oversized original equipment timing cover. In their place, Indy Power Products supplies a patented billet aluminum front cover designed specifically for compact packaging and high-performance use. This billet front cover is fully compatible with all Indy Power Products front accessory drive systems, including single-belt 6-rib Poly-V configurations with automatic tensioners, allowing seamless integration into custom and swap builds.
Customers can select from various 7.3L Godzilla oil pan options at checkout (additional cost applies); including Rear sump oil pan (reduces oil pan depth by up to 3.6"), Front sump oil pan, Cobra-style oil pan, or Custom pan. Each oil pan option is designed to support improved fitment while maintaining proper oil control and performance in demanding applications.
