Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

Shipping Information:

Your order ships directly from our assembly floor, not a drop shipper or warehouse.  

 

When ordering components or kits, if inventory is in stock, most orders ship within 2 days.  Some orders may be delayed due to a temporary shortage of a specific component.  Rest assured we will be working hard to get those items through production and on their way to you as fast as possible.   These products are shipped via UPS standard/ground, unless requested otherwise.  Indy Power Products is not responsible for UPS shipping times.  Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped.  Component shipping prices are based on the package dimensions, weight, and shipping location.  The estimated shipping cost is applied to your order.

 

When ordering full engine builds, we will quote delivery expectations based on the order placed and the timing required for specific components.  Crate Engines will be shipped best way, using a freight forward delivery method.   The shipping cost for crate engines is based on size, weight, and shipping location.  The shipping estimate will be provided prior to shipment and will be added to your sales invoice.

 

If expedited shipping of any product is required, please contact us as early as possible to help accommodate this request.  We will do our best to help fulfill this request.  Expedited shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

 

Damaged Goods:

When products are received, please inspect your package before opening.  If the package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the box before opening.  If the product/s in the box are found to be damaged, please take a clear photo of the damaged item/s.  If replacement of damaged items is required, please contact our office immediately to arrange and exchange.  Please note, Indy Power Products does not exchange items that have been installed; please use care to inspect products prior to installation.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Indy Power Products will always do our best to ensure our customers are satisfied.  We assume customers have researched their product needs prior to placing an order, understand the use and installation of the product ordered, and take full responsibility to install products properly; as such, we consider all orders placed to be final.  

 

Should an adjustment or exchange to your order be required, please contact us, prior to installation, at 317-288-9084 or email at Nryder@NJREnterprises.com.  Each scenario will be addressed individually.  If an order cancellation is required, please contact us prior to shipping your order. Thank you.

 

If an exchange or return is approved by Indy Power Products, we will make suitable arrangements based on the scenario.   In order to have an order reviewed for return/exchange, please have your order number, as well the email and phone number you used to make the purchase.  We will work to be prompt in reviewing and resolving return or exchange requests.  If a return or exchange is approved, Indy Power Products will require that we receive the original product to inspect and confirm the condition, prior to providing a refund or exchange.

 

Please note, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges.
